1. Information Collected

The Services collect the following information: [AuctionBOT] Through Discord OAuth2: - Discord User ID - Server (Guild) ID and server name - Server nickname [ConnectC2X] Through Google OAuth2: - Google account email address - X API Bearer Token (encrypted with AES-256-GCM) - API usage counts Payment information (credit card numbers, etc.) is managed by Stripe and is not directly stored by the operator.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used only for the following purposes: - Providing and operating the Services - Managing subscriptions - Responding to inquiries - Improving the Services

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

The operator will not provide or sell collected personal information to third parties, except in the following cases: - When required by law - With the user's consent - To the extent necessary for payment processing by Stripe

4. Data Storage

AuctionBOT: Auction data and settlement data are stored in a database on servers managed by the operator. ConnectC2X: X API Bearer Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored securely. Tokens are only decrypted when making API calls on the user's behalf. Data that is no longer needed is appropriately deleted.

5. Use of Cookies

The Services use cookies for session management. These cookies are used only to maintain login status and are not used for tracking purposes.

6. User Rights

Users may request the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting the operator through the inquiry form. ConnectC2X users can delete their X Bearer Token at any time from the dashboard.

7. Policy Changes

The operator may change this policy as necessary. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Services.
