Quo Labo, the operator of AuctionBOT, respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This policy describes how personal information is handled by the Service.

1. Information Collected

The Services collect the following information:

AuctionBOT collects the following information through Discord OAuth2:

• Discord User ID
• Server (Guild) ID and server name
• Server nickname

Payment information (credit card numbers, etc.) is managed by Stripe and is not directly stored by the operator.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used only for the following purposes:

• Providing and operating the Services
• Managing subscriptions
• Responding to inquiries
• Improving the Services

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

The operator will not provide or sell collected personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:

• When required by law
• With the user’s consent
• To the extent necessary for payment processing by Stripe

4. Data Storage

AuctionBOT auction data and settlement data are stored in a database on servers managed by the operator. Data that is no longer needed is appropriately deleted.

5. Use of Cookies

The Services use cookies for session management. These cookies are used only to maintain login status and are not used for tracking purposes.

6. User Rights

Users may request the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information by emailing kitepon@gmail.com.

7. Policy Changes

The operator may change this policy as necessary. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Services.
