These terms apply to all users of AuctionBOT and ConnectC2X (collectively, the "Services") operated by Quo Labo. By using any of the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.
The Services include: - AuctionBOT: Auction management features on Discord. Free and paid (Pro) plans are available. - ConnectC2X: An MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables Claude to access X/Twitter API on behalf of users. The Services are developed and operated by an individual as a hobby and do not guarantee commercial quality.
The operator may change these terms as needed. Changes will be communicated through reasonable means such as posting on the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Services are provided as-is. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of information, or suitability for any particular purpose. The operator shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or damages arising from unauthorized access) resulting from use of the Services, unless caused by the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence. However, even in such cases, liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the preceding month.
Users shall not engage in the following activities: - Interfering with the operation or infrastructure of the Services - Unauthorized access or attempts thereof - Fraudulent activities or acts that harm other users - Acts that violate laws or public order - Excessive API calls or other acts that burden the system - Reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the Services - Using the Services for purposes that violate third-party terms of service (such as Discord or X)
Pro plans are monthly subscription services. Payments are processed through Stripe; the operator does not directly hold credit card information. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided. The operator may revise pricing with prior notice.
All intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the operator. Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, redistribute, or otherwise reuse the Services' content.
The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the Services. For significant changes or termination, the operator will endeavor to notify users through reasonable means. Upon termination, refunds for unused paid periods will be provided.
Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian before using the Services. Consent from a legal guardian is required for paid plan subscriptions.
Users may stop using the Services at any time. Paid plan users can end their use by cancelling through Stripe's management page.
The Services obtain user information through Discord OAuth2 (AuctionBOT) and Google OAuth2 (ConnectC2X). This information is used solely for providing and improving the Services and will not be shared with or sold to third parties. Payment information is managed by Stripe; the operator does not directly hold it. Information provided through the contact form is used solely for responding to inquiries. Users may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information.
Users represent and warrant that they are not members of anti-social forces. The operator may suspend service without prior notice if a user is determined to be associated with anti-social forces.
Users are responsible for preparing and maintaining communication devices, software, network connections, and other equipment necessary for using the Services at their own expense. The operator is not responsible for problems arising from the user's environment.
If a user causes damage to the operator through violation of these terms or illegal activities, the operator may claim damages from the user.
Communication between users and the operator shall be conducted through the designated contact form, email, or Discord. Notices from the operator shall be posted on the Services or communicated through other means deemed appropriate, and shall take effect at the time of dispatch.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes related to the Services.
